02/21/2004 Archived Entry: "LINKIN PARK! w00t!"

Well, before I start with the Linkin Park concert, I'll tell you all about my week at school :)

I ended up not going to school on Tuesday because of Lit and I just felt like not going, but it's a good thing I didn't go because well there were many reasons like a test on Pudd'nhead Wilson that I didn't even really read yet. *whew*. Anyway, Brett stayed home too.. we were supposed to talk about the history project but we didn't get to talk much that day because we were both busy. Well tuesday was fun. It started out doing to Arizona Charlies and eating breakfast there. I got this really good Omlet. Yum! It was kinda cool because my mom was all talking about how she met my dad and how she was playing hard to get and how she never said she loved him (for the 7 or so years they've known each other) and my dad never knew until (after they got married) when he read her diary. (hahah..) and how happy he was when he found out. Aw. Anyway, then she tells me that I have to talk about "him". (I told her who i liked.. or might like) But then I just got quiet and blushed......Then she gambled and I stayed in the car listening to some station.. later finding out it was a Christian Rock Station. and i'm like.. "ohh..god." Anyway, after that my sister Cindy and I went out. We first went to Ulta (salon), then to Baja Fresh, then to the Galleria! We live all the way across town from the Galleria Mall... and my mom wouldn't let us drive the SUV. We wanted to drive that because my sister's car isn't in good shape to go on the freeway. So we ended up taking Local. 45 minutes mannn! ugh! AWful! but it was fun and cool. The Galleria Mall was really boring, though. I hate the mall! Anyway, that was that. I also heard later on that in TECH (the day I was absent) Gauthier was talking about me and how I would get 'scholarships' because I'm FEMALE, FILIPINO, and majoring in ENGINEERING. hahah. funny! Well anyway. Also, Since Brett and I were both absent.. Chris was left alone in History and we had a History Project due the next day and we didn't even start working on it yet! But oh well, we didn't get to go up anyway....

Wednesday and Thursday sucked. 'Nuf said. First lady came. Everyone made a big deal, even though it wasn't a big deal. They trapped us in our classroom and 2nd lunch was trapped in the cafeteria. It sucked because she was supposed to speak to us, but she ended up speaking to like 5 teachers and like 15 students. Whatever! oh well.

Friday WHOO! Friday! Friday was great actually! For one thing, I finally got the history Poster done. It took me forever for some reason, but I actually wrote the stuff in my own words about the Battle of Antietam 'cept for one part because I was sleepy and it was late. But Chris ended up not doing anything so I told him in PreCalc that to make it up he'll talk about my Confederate Poster. So he did. I ended up not really saying anything..... but I think we did pretty well. Brett and Chris mostly talked... I felt ackward but I talked a little bit.. emphasis on "little".

So right now it's 1:34pm and I feel gross and dirty. I'll take a bath soon <33 but "sister" is in the bathroom. GARR!

Well anyway, I'm so happy.. and i'll end this looong entry. soo.. yeah.
