Here are movie program scans of
Farewell Gift, the second Touch movie that opened in 1986. This one is really cool because not only does it have advertising for the singers of both the opening and ending songs,
Bread & Butter, and the Touch Musical that opened in 1987, there's also an interview with the co-stars of Touch. Basically, the guys that "love" Minami too. The Seiyuu of Harada, Nitta, Nishimura, and Koutarou were interviewed in this program which I thought was really cute.

The first two scans are basically just montage images of the chracters and other introductions. Most of the program contained what the movie was about, the introduction to the story and the song lyrics for the songs that were featured in the movie.
The last image though is of
Hidaka Noriko and all her co-stars that are in "love" with Minami. From left to right, they are:
Ginga Banjou who does the voice of Harada-kun,
Inoue Kazuhiko who does the voice of Nitta-kun,
Nakao Ryuusei who does the voice for Nishimura-kun, and
Hayashiya Kobuhei who does the voice of Koutarou-kun.
