My Name is Forrest Gump

Hmm... Why Forrest Gump? Well because we just wanted it that way. Forrest Gump is one of the best movies of all the time and one of the highest grossing movies also. We love this movie. And it's one of those movies that you can watch time and time again and will never get tired of. It's just classic and innocent and it just shows you how anyone can do what they want to do if they just believe in themselves.

The original story of Forrest Gump was written by Winston Groom. Although the movie took some scenes from the book, the movie of Forrest Gump fits into those rare instances that the movie was much better. MUCH better, in my personal opinion.

The movie was directed by Robert Zemeckis who directed many other movies as well like Back to the Future, Cast Away and that weirdo Bruce Willis movie, Death Becomes Her...

Forrest Gump like I mentioned before, will always be one of our favorite movies. Tom Hanks was great, the music, the feeling, Lt. Dan, Bubba, Mamma, Jenny... So many more memorable characters and so many memorable scenes and quotes. I've never seen a movie where I laughed so hard. And it's just so innocent. We love it.
