Our Previous Layouts
Feb. 2001 to April 27, 2001.
Our very
first layout was a Cardcaptor Sakura one. Just
featuring lovely Sakura-chan. I didn't save the
layout for this but if you guys visited little Yumemiru from the very beginning, you know what it
looks like. The layout was very simple and it was done inside a small table with an
inline frame. I edited the picture and made it into light brown/yellow color and used part of
the flower pic Sakura was holding into the background. It was cute. Very simple like I said before.
I liked it. But I wanted something new.
April 27, 2001 to May 23, 2001
I really
liked the outcome of this layout because it was different. Although now I think it's ugly. But what can you really do with Hana Yori Dango images? I have never
seen a HYD layout ever for a WPR so I said, why not? I've gotten a lot of people who say they
liked it and a lot who said the Sakura one was better.
I liked this layout though because it was
very user friendly. It was done in tables,
as you can tell. Just very, very simple.
The HYD pictures came from artbook scans. And with a
little editing with the help of PhotoShop I was able to
make it work, kind of. I thought this layout
would stay a little longer than the Sakura one but I
guess I was wrong. This was the last user friendly layout we did.
May 23, 2001 to June 30, 2001

I thought this was the best layout when I did this back in the summer. I loved it. Shinji and Asuka are so cute together. Maybe they will be featured
again in the future. The layout had such a summer feel to it. I
especially loved the layout in the "goodnight" section because
it was so kawaii. This was a very simple layout to make too.
It was done in tables mostly and iframes. It wasn't very
user friendly to Netscape 4.0 users. But the current layout isn't
either. But anyway, this layout was very cute in my opinion.
But I'm biased because I love Shinji and Asuka.
June 30, 2001 to July 31, 2001

I liked this layout too far better than the previous layouts I think.
To suit Tasuki's personality, we made it Fiery red and we also kinda
made it funny. I loved the idea of the little manga pics that we
included in some of our reviews. The images are still in the reviews
that were lucky enough to be reviewed by Tasuki... Anyway, this was
done in frames and iframes. Not very user friendly but I liked this
layout and the idea of Tasuki and everything. This layout was the
first layout that the majority of our visitors actually liked.
Thanks so much all of you! Well, I guess our layouts only last for a
month or so... I wish this could have stayed longer also but Asuka
decided that it this review site needed another change.
July
31, 2001 to August 19, 2001
I really hate to see this one go.
We really liked this layout
even those it was in a pretty small popup that Asuka made.
We did get nice feedback on it though. And was troublesome because it was all done in frames. I believe it was five frames in all. Frames are troubling because in some computers you can't view it properly. Well this was the
Cowboy Bebop
version. Mainly focusing on Ein. The cute corgy. Anyway, I can't
believe this
didn't stay very long but since we moved to a different server, we had to start
fresh right?
August 19, 2001 to October 2, 2001
This was the longest ever layout that we had. It went from Brinkster and now Tenshigirl.com. Thank you again Shellie for hosting us. You're great! Well this was dedicated to Takashi and Chiharu of Cardcaptor Sakura of course. Aren't they the cutest? This was the splash page. It didn't really take me long to edit the picture. I just made the background white.
This was what the chromless pop-up looked like. It took awhile to figure out how that chromeless pop-up worked but it worked out eventually. Asuka edited the picture. She loves Yamazaki-kun to death because he is the greatest. But I still say that Syaoran and Sakura are the cutest!
October 2, 2001 to October 28, 2001
Screen Cap got deleted ^_^
This was Asuka's Vampire Princess Miyu Halloween layout. Asuka made it with an inline frame and tables. Notice I really like graphics here cause it's so spooky. And the weird thing is, the layout out made it seem that Larva is this bad guy and all but he's really not. The links were even Halloween themed... But I guess Asuka and I decided that we need something new again. ^_^
October 28, 2001 to November 28, 2001

This KareKano layout, done both in pop up and non popup version was done by Asuka and I. It's very simple really. Just tables and frames. We got good feedback on it though ^_^ which is appreciated even though some said it has lack of color. But hey, it's supposed to be an autumn layout right? It's the color of autumn. ^_^ But this is one of my favorite layouts that Asuka and I had done and the layouts are improving one by one I think.
November 28, 2001 to December 29, 2001
Daimira did this layout in frames. And was beautifully done. Much better than I can ever do. It's a perfect layout for winter don't you think? This was layout #9.... I can't believe we're still up and running to even reach up to version 9. That's a good thing right?
December 29, 2001 to January 3, 2002
Our infamous but short lived Ninja Turtles layout! Done to remember the past and the memories... Although we got a lot of responses, the layout was really troublesome. It had a lot of problems and the frame was too small. And everything didn't turn out like we expected. But though it only lasted for a few days, I think it was great when it lasted. Thanks for signing the guestbook and for remembering the Turtles guys!
January 3, 2002 to January 24, 2002
Asuka's New Kids on the Block layout! The New Kids were the best. Hehee... Anyway, this was done in both a chromeless pop-up version and non pop. It was up for a short while but I thought it was good to open up the old memory bank again.
January 24, 2002 to February 17, 2002
Actually this is one of the few layouts I did that I actually liked. I totally love Arashi and Sorata. This is a real simple layout using tables, brushes, and an iframe
February 17, 2002 to March 30, 2002
Asuka's beautiful Boys Be... Layout. Done this time aroung in the usual tables and frames but its side to side scrolling instead of top and bottom. Kinda different don't you think? I just LOVE Boys Be...
March 30, 2002 to May 1, 2002
Syaoran and Sakura doujinshi style! I think this was the layout that was liked by everyone. I love these two! They are so cute. I mean we had over 30 submissions in April alone. And I think it's because of the layout. Anyway, I think this is one of my favorites as well. The main image was drawn by the circle of Patisserie and it was done in tables and Iframes as usual. No brushes this time! Yay!
May 1, 2002 to May 21, 2002
Asuka's Forrest Gump layout! Ummm... we weren't sure how people would react to the Gump layout but for some reason, everyone liked it so Asuka was happy about that. Done in tables and iframes as usual. The images were scanned by me. That feather splash page was from a Sorata and Arashi doujinshi. Weird huh?
May 21, 2002 to June 10, 2002
This is Eternal Angel's pretty, pretty Lantis layout that shows us how hot Lantis really is ^_^... EA did it in our signature Iframe and it recieved a lot of nice comments. It's very summery too isn't it? Thanks so much EA for the lovely May/June layout!
June 10, 2002 to June 28, 2002
Mizuki's cool Rivers Cuomo layout. Only the 3rd time in Yumemiru's life that the layout wasn't anime. Done in iframes as always and in an all blue theme. Rivers Cuomo is a god. Thanks
Mizuki for the layout. We all ::heart:: Rivers don't we?
June 28, 2002 to July 28, 2002
The Fruits Basket layout. I realized when I was doing this layout that this was the second of my layouts that were black and white... well in this case gray and white. It features dear Souma Kyou, one of my favorite characters ever.
July 28, 2002 to August 22, 2002
This is Chiori's pretty flowery Ayashi no Ceres layout. The 3rd time in Yume's history that actually used real frames so it looked great in all resolutions. And the first ever pink layout too. Thanks Chiori for the this July/August layout. Ahh.. no more lying down in a fresh meadow with flowers all around.
August 22, 2002 to September 30, 2002
Asuka's Kimagure Orange Road layout. It was side to side scrolling again just like the Boys Be... one of long ago. I liked this one actually. The color was a little off in some computers with different bits of colors but KOR needed to be noticed. Ayukawa Madoka is so pretty and she's such a cool character.
September 30, 2002 to October 25, 2002
Eternal Angel's very pretty Clover layout. I think she likes the color green ^_^... Actually I like green too along with yellow and orange. I really love the colors here... so very "autumn". Thank you so much again EA! Did anyone find a four leaf clover by the way?
October 25, 2002 to November 25, 2002
This is our Pink KareKano layout. We LOVE Karekano... it's one of our most favorite manga/anime ever. I think this is the layout that a lot of people found pretty. It's so very spring and so very pink though. But DAMN... Arima and Yukino are so cute don't you think? Even the two Pero Pero's.
November 25, 2002 to December 10, 2002
This is the Angel Sanctuary layout done by Ryota! I thank you again Ryota. Ohhh... and no iframes this time in the layout. It's done in frames again. It's dark and blue... perfect for the somewhat lonesome and dark mood of AS.
December 10, 2002 to February 11,2003
Our Touch layout was the longest layout we've ever had! Well, that's because Asuka and I were on vacation for a month and didn't really want to come back. Of course, I LOVE Touch with all my heart and this layout was done by Asuka for my birthday which was on Dec.10th. Surprisingly, two people have commented about the light text but I didn't think it was that big of a problem. I love light colors and it has a wintery feel to it.
February 11,2003 to February 24, 2003
This is our second Fruits Basket layout starring Hiro and Kisa. It's a layout for Valentine's Day so it didn't last very long. This layout was also used to bring us back from hiatus... I did find it rather enjoyable writing those alt tags for the links though. It was kinda cute. I didn't like the splash page for this. It was really hard looking for Hiro and Kisa images even when you have the manga right in your face. Takaya-sensei needs more Hiro and Kisa story lines. They need attention too, you know?
February 24, 2003 to March 24, 2003
This is Eternal Angel's prettyness layout dedicated to Sensei! An awesome manga that we enjoy. It features Hibiki-chan and her one and only love Ito-sensei. Oh! What a very sweet story and I just have to thank EA for making this layout with our usual tables and iframes. Check out Sensei! You'll laugh, you'll shed a tear, and you'll find yourself saying "awwww..."
March 24, 2003 to April 8, 2003
I wished this I'll layout stayed a bit longer but since the Basketball Tournament is over (I can't believe Arizona lost) we wanted to change it. This was our anniversary layout. Two years on the WPR business can you believe it? Bah, no more Hitonari and Akane.
April 8, 2003 to April 26, 2003
I think this is one of the more prettier and girlier layouts we have ever put up in Yume. I really like I"s. It's a great story and it's the only one of Katsura's works that doesn't involve any kind of Science Fiction stuff. Everyone should read the manga. But DO NOT watch the OAV! Not only did it not go along with the storyline of the manga it was just awful. Plus, the characters looked funny and can never compare to Katsura's art. Anyway... this layout was to celebrate the Spring season. It's white and purple. It sort of reminds me of Easter. And I liked our alt tags.
April 26, 2003 to May 24, 2003
What is it now? Our 3rd Black and white layout? It really reminds me of the Fruits Basket one I did a year ago. What can I say... I LOVE Video Girl Ai. This layout shows the four main characters and it shows them thinking. Thinking about love, maybe. Or maybe someday... they'll find a happiness. Ahh.. I truly love this story. The layout is simple yes, but I think it has that quiet simplicity that is perfect of VGA.
May 24, 2003 to June 28, 2003
Well, our Eyeshield 21 layout! I honestly did not know how people would like this one. It looked a bit funny and busy. But I liked it. I like what I did with the links. When Asuka and I did this I knew what it would look like already. We wanted to make it look like a football field with various ads everywhere and even Eyeshield's logo is in the center of the field just like the real thing. It may not look it but it took Asuka forever to do that. Ahhh... I think this was one of the more 'fun' layouts we have. It was nice.
June 28, 2003 to July 12, 2003
Our Yume Miru Happa layout created by Eternal Angel. It's simple and sweet and it's titled Yume! Yay!... I think this was a purty layout that EA made but she said that it was just too plain. I disagree though. I think it was nice and just simple and cool. Plus the story of Yume Miru Happa is cute. And Ryou is like Sano's twin oohh lala... Thanks EA!
July 12, 2003 to August 11, 2003
I would like to thank Eternal Angel, for yet another lovely layout. I really like this one. It's so serene and pretty yet when you think about Miyu, it's also very melancholy too. EA tried center this but I think it's fine and pretty just the way it is. *We need more LARVA LOVE!
August 11, 2003 to September 14, 2003
I've been in love with Maison Ikkoku since I first discovered it when I was reading about Inuyasha. This layout corresponed with our Godai shrine for our #1 Superstar site. It's personalized in a way because even the "photographs" corresponded to the other layout if you were observant enough. I really like this layout Asuka and I made. I like the "zero" stuff. ^_^
September 14, 2003 to October 1, 2003
Beck is a great manga. And so... for the last layout feature ever, we decided to feature it. I love music as well as Asuka and so... we came up with this. The splash page was supposed to look like a CD cover and the layout itself was supposed too look like the inside CD art. Asuka said that it reminded her of the A-HA video from the early 80's.
