As I browsed through this site earlier, I sorta thought it was very misleading. At first I thought it was an Usagi shrine. Then I started to browse and it was actually a manga gallery site. I suggest you state that in your introduction instead of a silly update section because it's best to tell the visitor what the site is about first. And for one thing, I do look for originality and creativity in sites, and this is by far the most UNORIGINAL title I've seen in the years I've had the internet. Can you be more unoriginal? To quote you: Here I am again, with yet another beautiful layout image WHAAAT?? I've seen about 600 SM sites with this damn image of Usagi in their layout. You seem to think so highly of your self and in this layout. Although, it's the same as any other site. As for the navigation, I noticed that you put the site map at the bottom of the intro, but you should also add some alt tags to it too. The visitors won't always see what the stars mean, so therefore use the alt tags, it's much easier for the visitor
The First Star
The "About" section here is probably the most misleading section of all. I would think it was about THE Usagi, but nope, it's about the site. You should put Usagi in quotation marks so the visitor would know it's the SITE Usagi not the character. And as for what you said in the introduction, it's so short that it didn't make sense. You gotta be at least more specific. I mean when I finished reading it, I ended up with a "What??" look. So much for navigation, you don't even have "back" links.
The Second Star
This is I guess the "Content" page. RIIIGHT. Why does Colored Manga open up in a new window? In the Free SM Graphics. You should but a Screencap. It's much easier for the visitor and less waiting. But as for the layouts, what's up with the beach layout? It looks like you just put a blue box, some messed up lookin swirls and that's it. It totally made the cute picture of Usagi ... into an "eck" and not only that, it looks like your OWN layout. In webpage tips, I like the example you gave the visitors, oh yes, the THREE links went to your splash page! When you were doing this specific page, did you actually have three sites in mind that would make this visitor understand what a "Nice Layout" was? Or did you just put three "links" and look for sites that have nice layouts later and in the meantime you decided to just put YOUR link? Well, whatever just fix it.
Your layout isn't even that great. Give me a break. I don't understand why you have this section anyway, YOU didn't even follow most of them. Maybe only YOU, but I don't judge on the layout. I look at what they have in the site. You shouldn't make such a big deal on making layouts when yours aren't that great either. It's the content that's most important. I HATE seeing a site that have NO content what-so-ever. ::ahem::Like a certain site called "Usagi"::ahem:: And those who only think that having a great looking layout is most important. ::cough::Like a certain site called "Usagi"::cough:: And you put somewhere here that your layout has to fit all screen sizes, SOMEONE ::like a certain site called "Usagi" shouldn't talk! Your layout doesn't fit in a 1024x768 screen. The Iframe section:

As I was saying before I rudely got interrupted by that unexpected commercial break... ::Ahem:: In that Iframe section: you put "They don't just need to be worked out in the HTML (which is almost as hard as frames), but they also need to fit the screen allover. Usually, Iframes don't fit any screen size, which is why I highly suggest putting in a little extra effort and making a frame. Frames aren't the safe road, iframes are just the dangerous ones."

Not only did that NOT make sense, but you're saying that IFRAMES are harder? NO what the hell you talking about. This is the code for IFRAMES it's only ONE line of coding:
The Third Star
First of all, you're making it seem that you OWN these images. You DON'T own these images regardless if you scanned them or not. Naoko Takeuchi owns them and obviously she's not saying "Please Link me, or Don't Steal, or don't call them your own" so you shouldn't either. And NOT only that you can find these images all over the internet and those who have them probably will let the visitor use them without forcing you to link them. In the section where it's Usagi and the rest, you should atleast have the thumbnail of the OTHERS instead. It makes more sense that way.
Overall
I don't know what your site needs. I think you need to work on your OWN site first to give advice to other people. You need navigation, aka BACK LINKS and add some alt tags as well. You need to read over some of your "content" and see if it makes sense. You shouldn't give wrong information to people. You need to be more specific especially with the confusing part where some might mistakingly think this IS an Usagi Shrine. You gotta be more original and creative. And you gotta put some opinons in this site. I didn't mention opinons above, but you gotta have some. I'd like to know what you think of the pictures. You're opinion on anything, basically. Say something like "Oh, I don't really like this picture of Usagi. She looks much too happy. Her hair is overly detailed." Something like that or, "This picture of Usagi is very cute. She's absolutely gorgeous in this picture." Blah Blah. Ya know Opinions. This site has NO opinions whatsoever. That's all I have to say about that.
This was a re-review of your site. Did you know? The first time around you got a NIGHTMARE. Now this time, you are still getting a NIGHTMARE. You hardly improved. This site had no focus whatsoever. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS SITE? I'm all confused. And you're giving me a headache.
